How to upload on igtv

To post videos to IGTV there are several ways that can be done, namely you can upload them via the Instagram application or through the IGTV application that can be downloaded on Play store.

How to upload videos to IGTV using the Instagram application

1. Open your Instagram application, then tap the (+) at the bottom, then choose the video you want to upload.
2. You can choose long videos that are 60 seconds long or short videos that are less than 60 seconds long. Then click “Continue“.
   
3. Click and drag the image to select a cover image then click add from Gallery for you android users or click add from camera roll for you Iphone users.
   
4. You can add a Title and description to the video.
5. If you want to add a serial to IGTV, click “add serial”. You must give a name to the series, if this is your first time making a series
6. In order to be seen by many people, you can choose to post video footage on your Instagram profile and homepage or share it on Facebook.
7. If you choose to share video footage on Instagram, all you have to do is click edit profile cover to adjust the appearance of the IGTV cover photo on the Instagram profile.
8. You can also edit the trailer by clicking Edit Trailer to adjust the IGTV video trailer on the homepage (Note: only for videos with a ratio of 9:16, if the ratio is 16: 9, the video will be displayed in full).
9. Click Post.

 

How to upload videos to IGTV using the IGTV application

To upload videos to IGTV through the IGTV application, you must first download the application in Play Store.

1. Open the IGTV application and log in using your Instagram account.
2. Tap the video image icon at the top and select the video you want to upload by clicking on the square icon at the bottom left. To record live video you can press and hold the icon with a circle picture.
