Zoom Cloud Meeting provides a free and paid version, but here I will show you how you can register for Zoom with the free version. Zoom is able to invite up to 100 participants. To invite participants or as the event owner you must register first. Then you will give the participants a meeting ID and meeting password. Then how to register? Here’s how to register for Zoom meeting.

1. First, please open the Zoom Cloud meeting site here zoom.us/signup
2. Then click the SIGN UP IT’S FREE button, which is in the upper right corner
   
3. Next for verification, please confirm your date of birth. Then click the CONTINUE button
   
4. There are 2 registration methods, which are filling Your work email address or using social media like Gmail, Facebook or SSO
   
5. In this example I will use social media or Gmail email to register, please choose as you wish. This is just a different method for the next stage will be the same. if using gmail click the Sign In with Gmail button,Then enter your Gmail email, click NEXT and enter your gmail password.
   
6. You will create your Zoom account with your Google account and then click the Create Account button
7. After entering the Zoom meeting application’s main page then click the Profile button to view your Personal Meeting ID, this Personal Meeting ID will later be shared by meeting members
8. Then enter the Meetings menu, please click on the meeting menu on the left. in the meeting menu then click Personal Meeting Room Tab, On the Personal Meeting Room page, please note the Meeting ID and Meeting Password, share it with all meeting participants.
   
9. To start the meeting please click the Start Meeting button. which is on the top right.

Zoom provides a capacity of 100 meeting participants, please invite an employee or team meeting with the meeting ID and meeting password.
